Collecting The Remains
After you place an order with us, we send you a collection kit the next working day to securely post your loved ones ashes to us, ensuring we receive 100% of the ashes you send
Solidification Technique
Using our proprietary solidification technique, we transform the cremated remains into a solid stone-like material. This process involves binding the ashes with a special mixture to form a durable and beautiful stone. Skilled artisans at Eternal Stone hand-form the solidified material into the desired shape and size for the memorial stone. This step requires precision and care to create a unique and personalized tribute.
Packaging and Delivery
Once we have quality checked the stones, we dispatch them in protective packaging. The full process takes around 4 - 6 weeks from receipt of the remains and then you are free to hold your loved ones.
Curing and Quality Check
The memorial stone is then cured to strengthen its structure and ensure longevity. A thorough quality check is performed to verify that the stone meets Eternal Stone's high standards of craftsmanship.
