1. YOUR ACCEPTANCE

Welcome to www.eternalstone.co.uk ("Website"), operated by Eternal Stone Cremation Designs Ltd ("Eternal Stone", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, or by purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"), including the additional documents referenced herein, such as our Privacy Policy and any other guidelines or rules applicable to specific services provided on the Website. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are not authorized to use this Website.

2. PARTING STONE PROMISE

• Return and Refund Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Memorial Stones created by our service, provided you return 100% of such Memorial Stones to us, we will transform them back into an ash-like powder and refund your purchase price, excluding shipping expenses. You may request a full refund within one year of receiving the Memorial Stones, including during the wait period before you receive the collection kit.

• Individual Batch Processing: We ensure individual processing for each order without mixing Remains.

• Process Tracking: We offer digital tracking for each order. You will receive email updates at designated steps throughout the process including the receipt, transformation, and shipment of the Remains.

3. PROCEDURE FOR ORDER

Upon completing your payment transaction, we will send you a Remains collection kit to the address specified in your order. Depending on the production backlog, this can take up to three months from your purchase date. Once we receive the Remains, we process them in our laboratory. After the transformation process is complete, we will ship the Memorial Stones to the address specified in your order.

4. CANCELLATION/TERMINATION

Eternal Stone reserves the right to refuse a Purchasing User’s order at our discretion. We may also terminate an order with or without cause at any time prior to the commencement of the process. If we terminate an order, the Purchasing User will receive a refund of the purchase price and any Remains in our possession will be returned.

5. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

You acknowledge that:

• Sending Remains is at your own risk.

• Provision of the Services involves transport by common carriers and services provided by third-party subcontractors, which are not under our control.

• You are responsible for notifying us of any address changes.

• Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the Memorial Stones.

• Delays may occur and we are not liable for such delays.

• The final appearance of Memorial Stones may vary due to the nature of the materials and the process.

6. GRANT OF RIGHTS

You are granted a limited, nonexclusive, and revocable license to use the Website as set forth in these Terms, provided that you do not copy or distribute any part of the Website without our prior written consent, you do not modify any part of the Website other than as necessary to use the Website for its intended purpose, and you comply with all terms set forth herein.

7. PERMITTED USE; RESTRICTIONS

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not use the Website for any unauthorized or illegal activity.
